One Roof, Start to Finish
A Shingle Re‑Roof, Step by Step
-
Tear-off
We take the old shingles off down to the wood deck, so we can see the deck and fix any soft or rotted boards before the new roof goes on.
-
Materials on the roof
The new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles go up on the roof in bundles, ready for the install.
-
Install
The crew lays underlayment, then works the shingles up from the eaves to the ridge, with new flashing and vents along the way.
-
Finished
The finished roof. New shingles, vents and ridge cap from the gutter line to the peak.
